I dont know everything about cars by far, but each time I go to this store, I get things figured out thanks to the people behind the counter.

So it's a pleasure for me to say that when I was in my time of need the staff at the store, on june, 14 2026 in the early evening, really made me feel like inwas in good hands. I really appreciate how nice and kind that the staff were to me and how willing they were to look for parts and make sure that I was going to be back on the road. Needless to say I need more parts but that's what you guys are here for. Thank you so much for making sure that I felt like I was in good hands. They deserve raises I swear it!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
