I have witnessed him leave in the middle of helping customers and tell a young gentleman that he's leaving and he can finish the transaction. Absolutely horrible and poor management service. Girl working pretended that she was looking on her computer but was just clicking the same thing on the screen, and was also very unfriendly. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Give your business to somewhere else that deserves it. If I could give zero stars I would.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
