- D7DaBoo 772 days ago5.0Long story short. I rented a car from west central Illinois for a week round trip to Duluth MN. Part way through Wisconsin I started to hear a noise in the lower right front driveline/ suspension. A phone call to Enterprise and in minutes they had located a car available to swap out at the Altoona Wi location which was basically on my travel route. I arrived and within minutes I was in a different car and on my way. All with smiles and apologies for the trip interruption. Very nice people at this location.
- SSSFJun 13, 20265.0Rented a vehicle for our trip out West through Enterprise. Taryn was a delight to work with. He explained the optional add-ons but didn't pressure me to choose one. He was patient when answering my questions and explained how the hybrid vehicle worked without making me feel like an idiot. I had the pleasure of working with him again when I returned the vehicle and was thrilled to save a decent amount of money by returning the vehicle one day earlier than my original reservation. Pickup and dropoff were very quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend Taryn -- and Enterprise!

Arrived with a flat tire to swap out a vehicle per the instructions I was given by National, only to be told they could not, but I could take care of it myself at discount tire. Sorry it was too much trouble for the 8 employees standing around to swap out my vehicle and have one of them go fix the flat! Still waiting for that “escalation” call back as well one day later to help me. The only good thing is now I know to avoid enterprise and national in the future. Discount Tire was awesome! They took care of me asap, at no cost! Super customer service at Discount Tire.
