  They were super nice and extremely helpful when something unexpected and urgent came up with my car. They provided great service and options for my car and were honest about what was going on with it. They let me come without an appointment 30 minutes before they closed to help me out for which i am super grateful for. 10/10.

  We cannot thank Dylan enough for his help and professionalism when we ran into, what we thought was a nail, which turned out to be a piece of steel (!), in our tire on our way to DePere to pick up our daughter from college. He helped us right away, so we could get back on the highway. I will now think about visiting the Tuffy in my own community due to my experience with this location!!!

  Dylan and Mike were nothing but kind and helpful! I had some repairs that needed to be done and had a warranty for those repairs. They worked with the company to get the most out of the warranty as possible and saved me thousands! They were quick with the work and did a great job!

  AMAZING service! Live 3 hours away, broke down on the interstate. They were on the side of the interstate with us within 15 minutes of calling. Got our car towed to there place. Took us to get a rental so we could get home. By the next day had it diagnosed and done for us. Honestly have never had better service anywhere else.
