  I went in Friday evening after work to get my oil and air cabin filter changed by Gustavo and Christian. They checked my lights, brake lights, battery, air filters, and etc. The service itself probably took 10-15 minutes compared to having to driving around, buying it, and doing it myself in the summer heat. Gustavo was nice enough to help me find a coupon that was better than the one I found online, so it doesn’t hurt to stop by and ask if they have deals. Thank you for the help and I plan to be back very soon!

  As a member of a large population group called 'SENIORS' we feel that Valvoline, and some other companies too, not only don't give a little senior discount but unfairly are excluding us from the promos/offers you do run! Most of us - at least in my area - have low cost phone plans with our carriers that have call & text but no data, therefore, no APPS! However I do get your special offers by email on my computer. Your local manager, just short of being very rude, said, 'no good, need app'. Then he couldn't even give me a receipt!! The groups I belong to here have expressed similar frustration and we have decided to take our collective business elsewhere. Apparently, as a whole, you don't need or want our business anyway. If I could give '0' stars I would! M P

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌 everyone was very professional and the tech helped me find a coupon for my oil change and changed my wiper blades

  Excellent customer service. They got me in immediately & were transparent about the services they were providing & recommending. Never felt rushed or taken advantage of. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to have their car serviced/oil changed.
