  Very professional however I feel I was tricked. I purchased a used car and went in to get the oil changed. Not knowing the history of the vehicle, I was asked “this car usually gets advanced synthetic oil would you like to move forward with that?” I agreed assuming it was the oil I normally use/purchase. Long story short end total was $119.99 for the oil change! I had a coupon but I generally pay $60-$80 for oil changes. Manager flipped the screen towards me and showed me the “advanced” priced at $104.99 and “standard” around $80. $30 clear difference. Left feeling scammed. Not a good feeling.

  Juan, Cody, and Matt were exceptionally fast and we're kind at the service and had notified me and in detail that I had a gasket leak which would help me fixing my car.

  Went in for an oil change, they checked my cabin filter and wanted to charge $49.99 to replace it. I ended up ordering the filter ok Amazon for $12 the next day, however when I went to install I noticed they lost one of the screws that attaches the cover. This is the second time they’ve lost hardware, the first time they lost 2 screws to the engine filter cover.

  Woody and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out quickly, and they even took the time to help me reset my oil change indicator, which can be a little tricky. They were patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Great service, and I’ll definitely be back!

  I came in to get transmission fluid changed you guys have done my 4r44e and 4l60/80e transmissions a couple times when I'm not doing filters. This car runs perfectly fine and I've been using valvoline import since I got it. It just only holds 2.5 qts so I try to change it often. I was super confused on why he wouldn't do the service. He said they could only do a flush or a top-off? He seemed new, so I tried to explain it's a honda-matic it has drain and fill plugs just like a manual, dual shafts, no pan, etc... It doesn't really produce debris badly or even have cooler lines to flush. It requires no fluid exchange machine, no tools, you "just drain it and fill it through the threaded plugs" is what i asked if he would do.... or I guess you guys just suck the fluid out and pump fluid in with a hose probably, idk. He had me pop the hood and he looked and he touched the bare case full of ~170 degree fluid and said "ow, it's hot" and then refused to exchange it based on policy. It wasn't a rude interaction but all of it blew my mind. I'll just do it myself again I was trying to save time. Out of curiosity I stopped at the Selah location and inquired on my way home and Thomas said he could do it and for me to come back anytime. What gives?
