  If I could give 6 stars, I would! I always choose Point S whenever possible, for their great customer service, no nonsense, no ripoff, friendly help, and Joel's did not disappoint! I was traveling through Yakima on Father's Day Sunday when my driver's front wheel bearing went out without warning. I limped my truck to a hotel for Sunday night and called Joel's as soon as they opened. On the phone, they thought they may not be able to do the actual work until Tuesday, which was not ideal by far. I got into the shop right away, told them what was going on. They got it in ASAP for an inspection, explained my repair options concisely. I agreed, and Scott said they'd get the work done that morning. I was on the road by noon. Thank you so much Scott and the entire team for your help and great attitudes!

  The whole group at Joel's Tire in Yakima is amazing. They answer their phone promptly, make appointments quickly, and Bill on the alignment rack did a fantastic job on our classic car. We will happily continue to do business with them in the future.

  My tire blew on my trailer I had a load in it gravel and dirt. I couldn't get the trailer disconnected from the truck. I called joels tire they did me a solid. Came out grabbed my tire brought it back installed it and I was finally on my way. I was truly stuck, tire iron and a bottle jack if the tire would have been inflated I wouldn't have been able to get it off, I knew I wasn't putting it back on either unless I went home and grabbed a real jack. The delema of not being able to use the truck even though nothing was wrong with it, I was stuck. So thank you you all did a fantastic job. 3/24/26
