  I went to Joel's to ask if I can get a quote for basic service. The guy that helped me didn't know any info about their service as far as pricing. Then he was acting annoyed when I wasnt even asking alot of questions, I only asked one question. Then when he printed out the paper with a estimate, he held the paper up and dropped it in my hand instead of handing it to me. At that point I felt super uncomfortable trusting this guy with my car. He had a weird look in his eyes too. Lol. And I usually never get creeper out by guys like this. But my gut felling told me to leave. So I did. This guy was an older dude with glasses. Horrible service. I feel bad for whoever had gotten helped by him. No joke. Smh. I dont have an issue with the business. Just how he was treating me. Thats all. Hopefully they get that guy some customer service training and leave his problems at home. My apologies Joel's.

  If I could give 6 stars, I would! I always choose Point S whenever possible, for their great customer service, no nonsense, no ripoff, friendly help, and Joel's did not disappoint! I was traveling through Yakima on Father's Day Sunday when my driver's front wheel bearing went out without warning. I limped my truck to a hotel for Sunday night and called Joel's as soon as they opened. On the phone, they thought they may not be able to do the actual work until Tuesday, which was not ideal by far. I got into the shop right away, told them what was going on. They got it in ASAP for an inspection, explained my repair options concisely. I agreed, and Scott said they'd get the work done that morning. I was on the road by noon. Thank you so much Scott and the entire team for your help and great attitudes!

  The whole group at Joel's Tire in Yakima is amazing. They answer their phone promptly, make appointments quickly, and Bill on the alignment rack did a fantastic job on our classic car. We will happily continue to do business with them in the future.
