    We had the pleasure of working with Ricky and Fabian a second time and their patience and support were very appreciated! They made the process so easy and stress free that we were able to purchase a second truck from them within 1 month time frame. We felt confident and comfortable knowing that they would take care of us. They knew exactly what we needed to make this deal happen and they got it done with no hesitation!     We recently worked with Ricky, and he did an amazing job ensuring all our questions were answered. He was very accommodating of our schedule and even stayed late to make sure our paperwork was completed. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever experienced. Ricky made us feel comfortable, and we truly enjoyed his sense of humor. We love our new Chevy Truck!

    From my experience harvest Chevorlet service department was a lot different than I’ve had at other dealerships I have a Toyota Corolla cross before had problems with it took it in multiple times to the service department at a dealership was told that some of the problems were normal and the issues were completely ignored and brushed off took it in for an oil change the oil was not changed and finally got annoyed with it traded it in for a Chevy Colorado at another dealership from the start had minor problems took it to a gmc dealership to get it looked at it was looked at and diagnosed with needing a new fuel tank brought the truck back to that dealership they said they changed the fuel tank still had the same problem but my mpg was getting worse on the truck, then I took it to harvest for the first oil changed had great customer service experience with Kobe so once I started having more minor issues with the truck I brought it back to Kobe explained what was happening with the gas spillage and the gap between the windshield and the plastic piece where the windshield whispers are he got the truck in right away to be looked at was communicating all day with what was happening and what they are doing to look at the truck, he got me a ride home and a ride back when the truck was ready for pick up. Honestly didn’t expect that customer service at all coming from a dealership where my concerns about the vehicle I was driving was having issues and nothing was being done about it at all. Kobe was always making sure that there was a piece of mind that they are going to fix it correctly and always making sure that I knew what was happening with my vehicle while it was in the shop very appreciative to him especially since I was ready to give up after taking it to one place and the same problem still happening with the truck. Kobe made sure to get the issue resolved and also get the truck fixed correctly and made sure that i always had the truck at the end of the day or a ride home and back if they needed to keep the truck for the day or over night. Definitely will be coming back and very appreciative to Kobe and the techs who worked on the vehicle to figure out the issue and resolved.

    My experience at Harvest Chevrolet service department. Haven’t been at the dealership for a very long time with the experience that I had before wasn’t pleasant but this was a very long time ago but I decided to stop on in because I have some issues with my wife, Traverse and we didn’t even buy it there, but they experience that I had was way beyond unexpected. There’s no words that describes the experience that I had. I am lost for words to say so I met the service advisor. The first one his name is Anthony Very cool kickback person help me out with process very helpful, polite, courteous, and professional really shock my mind they fixed the traverse everything under warranty I didn’t understand like I said loss for words put a few more thousand miles on our new traverse. check engine light comes back on call Anthony, but he wasn’t available so the other service advisor Kobe well, same attitude as Anthony got me in right away gotta tech on it and 15-20 minutes later he asked if it was possible for me to bring it back in the morning So they can fix the issue I left and I came back in the morning. He greeted me the same way. dropped off for Traverse he got me a ride home. Call me up towards the afternoon told me my traverse was ready to be picked up took it home. He was so helpful that he offered for the inconvenience that I’ve been having with our new Traverse to have general motors. Try to do something for the inconvenience. I told him i’m very blessed and grateful for what he’s trying to do, but it’s OK. I don’t need him to go through the trouble, but he insisted never had that customer service before that’s why I’m kind of shocked I was waiting the second time I took our traverse in for service I went up to the sales department just to look around and see what kind of new trucks they have cause I’m in the market for a new truck ran into a sales person named Ricky. I told him my situation on my story and why I need a truck and. We talked for like a good two hours wasn’t pushing me to buy a new truck wasn’t pushing me to buy a truck at all. He was just listening to me. So we share some conversations man what a great guy never had such an experience of meeting a sales person. That just wanted to sell a vehicle and move on did i buy a new truck that day no but I’m still considering them from the last time I was there till now totally different scenery totally different customer service communication I was really amazed and surprised of the way I got treated and have been getting treated since I went there a few weeks ago to the service department I don’t know what happened, but what happened? God bless them totally different place of business would I consider buying a vehicle from them. Yes what I consider sending friends or a family member. Yes when I write a review, which I don’t like writing reviews, but when I do and it’s a good review is because that place really deserve it when I write a bad review of a business and it’s a bad review because that place really deserved it like I said before I am lost for words to say of my experience with the service department and the sales department the parts department I know of I’ve known them for a little while they’re really awesome people to deal with. Never had a bad experience there just a great place to do business. I hope this review helps for other customers that have experience bad experience there in the past or have heard of any bad experience from other people. My experience was awesome. Great I’m glad I had the opportunity to go back and experience what I have experience. God bless you guys. Keep the good work much love God bless you.

    Ive had to do some car shopping for a couple months now and it hasn't been the greatest experience going from dealership to dealership all around the state. But here is one right in my home town that was off my radar until recently. I would like to extend a huge thank you for the team here at harvest for making the purchase of my vehicle headache free. I was on a tight schedule in-between my two jobs, but I stopped by to check out one of their certified pre-owned cars. Within a minute or so I was greeted by Angel one of their sales representatives. We talked about the car a little bit and then he got the keys for us. That day we did a little test drive, he let me choose where to go and was overall a pleasure to talk to. I told him a bit of my situation that I was in and how I was planning on going about the vehicle purchase. I was of the belief that I needed a co signer and such for the vehicle loan. But in a very nice and no pressure way after explaining to him my credit and such he assured me I could do it on my own. We went back to the dealership and I let him know my schedule and contact info so we can work something out another day. While I still was open to other vehicles, he assured me the car was gonna be marked as sold so that it will still be in stock for our appointment. During our appointment we talked a bit about my situation as we did prior and he still had that confidence in me that he could not only get me approved but also at a better interest rate than who I was pre approved with. He introduced me to one of their finance guys, Fabian. And after a bit more talking I was willing to give it a shot. My credit was already pulled 2 weeks prior so it would all fall under one inquiry- what's the harm? A couple of minutes go by and Fabian comes back to me and lets me know that I not only was approved ALONE but also he was able to get me a better interest rate than my pre approval (which was 5.5% so they were able to get it even lower!) I took delivery of the vehicle that same day. Angel helped me get the car home and even filled up my tank for me. I was approved at a %4.69apr. So again I cannot thank Angel and Fabian enough for being able to get me a vehicle without any headache or stress. Great people here at harvest that really want to get you the best deal possible!
