  Hi this is Angela Hernandez just wanted to let let you know a little bit about my experience at Harvest but first a little about my situation I am a recently widowed 2 time heart attack survivor and single parent grandma who just had her only running vehicle stolen and have been struggling walking around for the last two months trying to just take care of myself and my 2 boys and was finally approved for a small loan so I go over to the dealership so full of relief that finally I was going to be ok , as soon as I arrive im greeted by a friendly young man named JJ ,he was so happy to listen to all my needs and wants and I was just over the moon and as we are waiting for my approval I was denied so I was ready to go back to my reality and Fabian and JJ weren't having it they were not going to make me leave with the heavy load that life sometimes brings to all of us they worked with me every way they could think of and I can't even express to you the gratitude I have that there dedication to honesty want to help people right where they are is so rare if it hadn't have been for them I would be walking somewhere right now. So if you are in need and don't think you can get a vehicle I would recommend going to Harvest and see for yourself these people are not car pushers they are problem solvers that have your best interest at heart! I am so grateful! If your not at Harvest your not home! God bless you JJ, Fabian and all the people in and out of Harvest Chevrolet.

  JJ did such an amazing job! He was fantastic to work with in helping us decide which car would fit us best! He answered all our questions didn't make us feel rushed and didn't push us into something just to make a sale. He went above and beyond in our car buying process! He even came in on his day off to help us and make sure our buying process went great! We are very happy with our traverse! Definitely recommend JJ to anyone wanting a new car and want a salesman that actually cares and listens to want you want! Best experience in any car dealership we have ever had!

  Our sales associate was JJ and honestly he was an absolutely amazing to work with, at first we had Somebody else who did not let us know what was going on and was not good communicating with us and we where beyond frustrated not knowing what was happening, but then JJ got involved and he could hear the frustration in my voice and so he steps up and made sure to call us every step of the way and update us on what was going on, we never had to wonder, he was on top of it, him and his coworker fabian literally did everything that they could to get us a vehical that day, we are beyond happy and thrilled with JJ and Fabian they have excellent customer service and will go above and beyond, definitely recommend working with these to and hopefully we will be able to work with them again.
