    Parking tough at open but staff are amazing, if you need to rent a car to go to appointments I definitely recommend them (I will use them again anytime I can)

    I rent a vehicle from Enterprise once a week for work and the company i work for recently started using a new system for assigning travel and it tried to book my car with budget rentals at the airport here and I had to get in touch with my boss 2 or 3 times to switch it back with Enterprise. Now they know to change mine when they book my car. Because I am completely happy with every aspect of renting with Enterprise all of the employees are so nice and helpful. Everyone that works at the Yakima location are friendly every time I go there, and that is usually twice a week once to pick up and then to drop it back off. So I see them all the time and I have never had a bad experience there. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone i know that was going to rent a car.

    Its sad i been a customer here for over 20 years and nowni cant rent a truck because my proof of adress not good enough i think that ridiculous considering i been renting cars here fornover 20 years well you lost me as a customer

    These people are great. I dont know how it is at other locations, but the Yakima location is fantastic. I highly recommend this location.

    Enterprise in Yakima, Wa is a very easy company to work with. The staff are wonderful. We've rented vehicles from them for many years and will be contiinue too.
