During an already stressful situation, Taylor Chambers at Enterprise in Yakima went above and beyond for me. I explained what was going on and mentioned that I felt like I had been overcharged when I rented the vehicle in Chico, CA. Instead of brushing me off, Taylor took the time to look into it. She discovered that I had in fact been charged incorrectly and was able to adjust my rate from about $190 per day to roughly $70 per day. The money she saved me was huge, but what stood out even more was the way she treated me. She listened, showed genuine compassion for my situation, and worked hard to make things right. Customer service like that is rare these days. Taylor turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that restored my faith in good customer service. She was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful when I needed it most. Thank you, Taylor. You made a difficult time a little easier, and I won’t forget it.

Luckily Hertz was able to fill our requirement (five with baggage) but at three times the cost. We had no choice since we were on a tight schedule and could not wait the hours for a potential return. Very frustrating and not sure what to do in the future as we rent in Yakima often.
