I called to attempt to resolve this issue and spoke with two different people in the office and was told it was resolved. I didn't receive a receipt by text or email, as I was told I would. Reported this. I'm waiting to see if I am contacted regarding this. Probably won't be renting from them again. I'd rather go to U-haul and rent from them next time.
