  I’ve been looking for a particular travel trailer for many months. Unfortunately, my local dealership (Woodland) never had this model. I found the unit at another dealership that was 2 hours away. When I was put into touch with RYAN GRANT…everything became smooth and quick. RYAN transferred the unit to Woodland, orchestrated getting parts installed, inspecting the unit and finishing up with finance. RYAN is an honorable man and his diligent efforts made this purchase a real pleasure! I TRUST HIM AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE!

  ⭐ 1 Star - Woodland Camping World Service Department We recently purchased a brand new Forest River toy hauler and began experiencing what appears to be a serious brake issue. After towing for only about 23 miles, one brake was measuring approximately 80°F while another was over 200°F, making it clear that something was not functioning correctly. My husband called the Service Department at Camping World in Woodland, WA, seeking assistance and to schedule a diagnostic appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service representative was rude, condescending, and dismissive of our concerns. We were told they could not work on our brake system, even though the trailer is still under warranty. Concerned about the safety of towing the trailer, we contacted Camping World in Wood Village, OR. Their staff was professional, helpful, and more than willing to assist us with diagnosing the problem and getting us taken care of. If you need service or warranty support, I would strongly recommend calling the Wood Village location instead. The difference in customer service was night and day. As owners of a brand new trailer with an apparent brake problem, we expected concern and support, not to be brushed off and treated poorly. Very disappointed with the Woodland, WA service department and their lack of customer care.

  This Camping World has the BEST customer service. We won't go anywhere else to have our motor home repaired. Our first repair was at the end of June for a broken P Trap under our shower. Carissa Rider set up the repair & we had it done the same day. Fast, efficient, friendly! They were even kind enough to allow us to stay in the parking lot overnight so we could get a fresh start in the morning. Our second repair was on our motor home door the middle of July. Bridge meets door accident. Since we had had such a great experience the first repair, we decided to go to Camping World in Woodland again. We definitely were NOT disappointed. Aaron Sneed is the insurance person & from the moment we handed him the claim he immediately took pictures, got parts ordered & assured us everything would go smoothly. During the repair process, he kept us up to date on a daily basis the progress that was being made. He understood that we live in the motorhome & allowed us to park in the parking lot each night & even made sure we had power! He even went as far as to make sure the AC was running when we got in at night so that we would be comfortable. I call that OUTSTANDING customer service. Everything was repaired & as good as new when we left. I would also like to give a shout out to Kristy Fields who checked on our repair progress when Aaron was off. I always appreciated her smiling face coming down the hall towards the customer lounge. Thank you Camping World Woodland for making us feel like real people & for caring enough to make sure the process was as painless as possible Laurie & Dave Dawson

  We went here to purchase a travel trailer. We had a couple of options to look at, used and new. After looking at the units we decided to purchase the new 25’ model. Then we sat down with the salesman and the store manager Dave. We spoke about the trailer, travel and protection package and had a clear understanding of our expectations as well as the available items we agreed to include. Our next step was to sit with the finance guy to sign documents and get a definitive number and terms for our payments, but due to it being later in the day, it was agreed that we could sign in the morning and conclude what we had already agreed upon. The next morning is where the experience went off the rails. Not only did the different finance representative change our loan length and add an additional 2 years to the contract, for the sole purpose of “UPSELLING” packages and features that we had already agreed to the bight before. She acted as if she was doing us a favor by changing the terms from 15 yrs to 17 yrs, to give the dealership more wiggle room for “UPSELLING ITEMS” and still keeping our payment in the low side but increasing the high side 40%. We had a deal agreed to by all parties the night before and were willing and able to make the purchase then, but by morning GREED SET IN, and totally changed terms and priced the trailer out of our agreed terms. Nothing short of plain and simple GREED, to pad the bill and try to get us to pay for a 5 yr protection plan for an extra 12 years beyond coverage! How stupid is that? They had terms, interest rate and payment all in line, then let a different financing agent drove us out of the office within minutes by doing nothing but being greedy with revenue generating items at our expense. A SALE, destroyed by a poor attempt to squeeze us for more than what was agreed on only the afternoon previously. If we had signed on 8-29-26, the trailer would have been in our driveway, but due to GREED AND UNDERHANDED UPSELL TACTICS, they lost the deal on 8-30-26. What happened is unacceptable and short sighted. A guaranteed sale thrown out by a poor greedy finance person. All of this happened right under the nose if the manager, who had no idea how his agreed deal and suddenly driven a customer right out of the building. Saying it was a poor experience would be a gross understatement. A simple example of a qualified buyer trying to be exploited for maximum profit at the expense of the customer. Bad business!!!   I brought my family at 3:45 to look at large, 2 bedroom Momentum and Solitude fifth wheels. We met Gary, who sent us in the right direction. I had read on the website that they close at 5. At 4:25 a salesman came to tell us that they were closing in 20 minutes?! We knew that was not correct, and that we needed until 5 to finish our investigations on the lot. At 4:45 Gary said they were closing and that we might get locked in. As we were leaving, they turned away a guy who arrived before closing as well. This is called the “hard close” when employees don’t want to wait until closing time to lock up, and then prepare to go, but want to walk out at 5 on the button. They were willing to lose sales over it and I think the owner needs to know. All my life it was understood that closing time was the posted time, not as many minutes prior as the staff chooses so they can leave when they want.
