- RBRobert BAug 3, 20261.0The call center i was directed to is very inaccurate, I called for the local Branch Give but the call center took my information said the reservation went through , to pick up a car at 6:00pm , And I can use my debit card from my Chime account, turns out the local branch was closed by the time we got there at 6:00, luckily we got one of the employees that was closing to go ahead and get us our reservation to get the rental, turns out that the call center was wrong again, they didnt accept chimes debit card from the chime bank account, also they didnt even check to see if the car we reserved was actually there, cause it wasnt, completely misinformed, not only a waste of time and pointless, but rather completely ruined the the plans and time frame of which we were trying to accomplish. Maybe its miscommunication from call centers to certain local branches but none the less shouldn't be that misinformed for a nationwide rental car company.

We had a hiccup picking the truck up..that was taken car of and we were compensated, Hailey was Awesome. While we were using the truck we had an issue. I called and spoke to Alex. What a great guy. He was VERY helpful and apologized many times for the issus we were having and said he would help us when the truck was returned. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their employees. Ever with both of the big issues these employees took care of us and made everything right! We WILL be renting vehicles in the future. Thank you for the AMAZING SERVICE. ~Tracy and Don
