  I took my Subaru Impreza for a recall, first time there and the employees took no time to assist me and even show me around the dealership, also the free coffee is my favorite part, even though they are busy they got done within an hour and while waiting in their quiet and comfortable waiting area they texted me vehicle repairs that could be done for my car with the option to approve or disapprove the options which made it nice, this is a plus for people that are introverts, again thank you so much for the amazing customer service, and the coffee of course :)

  Mark with Cascade Subaru was excellent to work with on a recent vehicle purchase. He was patient as my buying process took a week and very knowledgeable. I would happily with with Mark and Cascade AutoCenter again.

  1st experience and I was very impressed with the whole experience....well.maybe one thing that bothered me. While in the waiting room sipping coffee there were a few office employees just out of the room, early morning chatter between coworkers is usually a happy, fun sound but cussing to each other in Spanish is very, very unprofessional. Who doesn't know most Spanish cuss words.

  We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Didn't have appointment but stopped by to have a screeching sound coming from front wheel--like it was going to fall off. Jamie told us there were 2 appointments ahead of us and could she arrange a shuttle. Alex got us home in no time and less than 2 hours later she called and said the noise was debris that had gotten in the disc brakes. Debris removed, test drive revealed no further noise and we were called with problem resolved!!

  Overall, friendly service. Test drove a new Subaru and bought it for the asking price. They didn’t want to come down on the price because they said it was already discounted. We were there on a weekday for about 4 hours. The financing process took kind of long. I think they could speed this process up.
