  My tire light suddenly appeared about 5 miles out of town. I headed to Cascade Subaru who got me in, removed a screw from the tire and patched it while promptly at the end of the workday. Thank you!

  Our A/C seized up on a trip, was able to have a tow company drop us and the car off at the dealership at midnight on a Friday. Got a call/text first thing Monday morning, approved the necessary service on line, and picked the car up Wednesday. Very efficient service.

  I was pleased with all the help by salesman Alex who did alow to guid me thru the process of money and car purchase. Salesman Mark also was quite Helpful in demonstrating the functions of my car, I would highly recommend these gentlemen when buying a SUBARU, or other car. Peter C

  My wife and I are fighting cancer in Seattle for 7 months at Fred Hutch. We had a couple days to come home to Wenatchee. I only had a few days home and Subaru adjusted their schedule to fit us in before heading back to Seattle. A+

  My wife and I bought an Ascent from Cascade Subaru a couple of years ago and went in for a routine oil change. During the inspection (that they now do on video) the technician noticed a leak. Thankfully the problem was fixed under warranty however, the vehicle started to shudder during acceleration on our trip home (two hours away). We called Cascade and they sent out a technician along with a free loaner vehicle to retrieve our Ascent. They repaired our vehicle and drive it the two hours back to our residence without asking us to pay any additional costs. From purchasing our vehicle at Cascade to incidents like this, I've been in awe at the teams professionalism and outstanding service. I highly recommend Cascade Subaru.
