  Drove 4300 miles to get to Wenatchee. Called a few days before arriving to get an oil change scheduled. Tyler booked it. From the beginning Tyler has shot me straight. Taken care of my needs. We realized a leaf spring was spent as well. Got it in and fixed at a reasonable price. They noticed my radiator had a small leak. That tells me they were thorough in looking my truck over like I asked. It was a long 4300 miles of crap roads hauling 14klbs. Not normally a dealer type guy but I've lucked out with Tyler. Overall Im pleased considering I'm a pretty particular and picky individual.

  Roman was awesome, very professional and super knowledgeable, was a seamless and fantastic experience, from dealing with the Sales mgr and the finance mgr. Will buy from them again. Totally worth the drive

  We brought our Chevy Silverado Diesel 2500 in after a check engine light appeared. Cascade Chevrolet got us right in and began their diagnostics. Cascade Chevrolets’ service team provided a link to the technician’s video with verbal explanations of what was needing repair. Darell Gettis at their service counter handled our repair with excellence. Darell negotiated with our warranty co. and secured the entire repair and we were extremely fortunate to only have to cover a deductible. We will definitely return if we have any further issues. Thank you to the whole service team at Cascade Chevrolet.

  Had a battery go dead the morning we were leaving for Pasco. Called them and Tyler was able to squeeze me in right away. They diagnosed the truck to ensure it was just battery, replaced it and had me out the door in a timely manner. Very grateful for their service and how they treat me as a valued customer.
