  If you live in the Wenatchee, Leavenworth, or Chelan area and you're shopping at Cascade Chevrolet, this is your sign to ask for Mark Trefry. He was amazing to work with and went above and beyond to get us the exact truck we wanted. We're very specific (okay, picky!), and he never missed a beat. After an extensive search, he locked in a dealer trade and found our ZR2. And we did the whole thing from out of state before our move back! Mark is a true unicorn in this industry, and an honest, stand-up guy who genuinely cares about his customers. If you want a car-buying experience done right, he's your guy. Thank you, Mark!

  Took an extra week and a half to get it repair due to they did not order enough parts. The trailer plug-in was not wired in correctly. The tail lights were hooked into the brake lights. The auxiliary power was hooked into the left rear turn signal. The ground wire was not properly connected. Right rear turn signal did not work.

  I recently had my 2018 Chevy Colorado worked on at Cascade Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in getting my truck taken care of properly. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the issue, and explain what they found and what needed to be done. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process and the fact that they didn’t just rush through the repair. It was clear that they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure everything was done right. My Colorado has quite a few miles on it, and I’m particular about how it’s maintained. Cascade Chevrolet gave me the confidence that my truck was in good hands. The work was completed properly, and the truck is running great. A special thank-you to everyone in the service department who worked on my Colorado and kept me informed along the way. It’s not always easy to find a dealership where you feel like you’re being treated fairly and your vehicle is genuinely being cared for, but that was absolutely my experience here. I highly recommend Cascade Chevrolet to anyone looking for a dealership they can trust. I will definitely be bringing my Colorado back when it needs service in the future. Excellent customer service and excellent work!

  Had a favorable experience at Cascade Chevrolet this weekend. Trade in negotiation ended a little lower than I wanted, but it was close. We split the difference. Purchase of new rig was smooth. Finance department was personable and efficient. Believe we got a fair deal and are excited about our new Tahoe!
