I had an amazing experience with the service department at Cascade Auto Center Chevrolet. Tyler Westcott was absolutely great to work with! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of.
It’s hard to find this level of customer service, and Tyler definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re bringing your vehicle in for service. Cascade Auto Center is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you, Tyler, for making the whole experience so easy!
Had a turbo vane actuator issue. Truck was dropped on Monday and I drove it home Thursday. Parts ordered were expedited apparently from the Midwest. Thanks to the service department and the whole crew for supporting our travels towing our fifth wheel.
Had our Suburban break down a week before our family vacation. It was under warranty and Tyler was great to deal with. He kept us posted and let us know what might not be covered under warranty and gave us options of doing it or not and didn’t just hand us a bill. They got us back on the road before our vacation! Thank you!!

Having scanned my Silverado, it was shown that the front airbag sensor needed replacement. Brought my truck in, And told them I had scanned it and it was a bad airbag sensor. They told me they didn’t have the part, but it would be in in a couple days. Brought the truck in they replaced the part and then charged me $200 for the day before for reasons I don’t understand. I’m sure all they did was plug-in their scanner to confirm what I had already told them and that was $200 and it took them six hours to do it. I have no problem with the employees I talked to as they have no say in policy pricing or other such matters. I was beyond disappointed that they charged $200 to plug-in their sensor which I’m sure took them less than four minutes. They can keep their free car wash coupon. Unhappy customer.
This is the biggest reason I don’t use the dealership and it only drove the point Home harder.

The dealership was able to address my service issue quickly. I had a problem with my onboard computer locking out the ability for the car to move. We use OnStar who provided flawless, fast and efficient work to deliver my vehicle to the dealership. The dealership immediately took our car and due to a full schedule of other vehicles was not able to fit me in. However, they kept our car overnight and addressed the issue the next morning. The dealership has an onsite rental facility for us to purchase transportation for the evening. The next morning, the vehicle’s computer system had reset itself and the dealership was unable to replicate the issue. They performed a review of the onboard computer and did not find any report of issues that related to our issue. They also reviewed all recall campaigns to make sure that our vehicle had been resolved.
The dealership itself is clean and every member of their team was friendly and accommodating. This effort always goes a long way in promoting the feeling of concern for the customer and promotes a feeling that the dealership is fully capable and dedicated to delivering a “wow” experience. The dealership delivered this experience no charge to me. It may seem like an expected obvious commitment to the customer and a dedication to the vehicle brand. But, in today’s world, this, unfortunately, is becoming a rare thing. Thank you, Cascade Chevrolet for your efforts to be the best and for your dedication to those principles.
