You can see that the manager Michael looks after his guys and has a great attitude that rubs off on everyone else! They are never a hard press/upsell just genuinely giving you your options when talking filters, tank cleaner, wipers, etc. Always appreciate the sense of urgency they all move with as I never leave saying "that took forever" but it always depends on the lines in each bay.

- RKRich KnightJun 25, 20261.0I have been going to this location for over 20 years even when it was oil can henrys, taking my personal vehicle and my fleet vehicles here. I went in today to get oil change and was offered filter, wipers, etc and i had to decline as our company makes us buy those and install ourselves, when we were close to done Donald said i just need to install the battery and I told him I don't need a battery and he said it was already approved through fleet, I told him again I did not want it and he said it was too late it was approved and he didn't know what the big deal was and then left to help other customers leaving me there unable to leave and i got tired of waiting so i got out of my car and closed the hood so i could leave and he yelled at me infront of customers and employees saying I was not allowed outside my car, I honestly was debating on calling the police, finally i just said go ahead and do it then as I wanted to leave. So I hope the extra battery charge that I didn't not need was worth losing a customer over as I will never return to this location again and make sure my drivers don't go there too. I will also be reaching out to Valvoline headquarters.
