- CSChristine SmithAug 25, 20263.0I love Valvoline, but this was my least favorite. They never checked the pressure in my tires and then I ended up with an issue traveling through Oregon. I actually searched them out when I was visiting Vancouver, Washington And I was thrilled to see they were open on Sunday. They also did not ask about my cabin filter. I can’t remember to do this stuff and I depend on Valvoline to help me. I’ll definitely still go to them, but not this branch again.

When I arrived she changed her tune and refused to take it. Valvoline Instant Change has lost my patronage forever. Not the way to win future customers!!😠

I declined at this time but he gave me a print out with prices which I appreciated. There was no pressure from him-just helpful information! I was in and out of there quickly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and had a smile on their faces! Great place and wonderful service!
