- VCVickie Ciuffo6 days ago5.0Everyone was attentive and thorough. Pricing was fair and I am happy with their service
- JOJeanette OtooleOct 6, 20261.0Was told power steering fluid was low but they didn't have any. Said I could try Jiffy Lube or another Valvoline that was far away. The guy broke a screw and the manager had to come deal with the problem and it took a long time. They didn't check tire pressure until I reminded the..
- GEGreg EisenachSep 26, 20265.0Mood among the crew was upbeat and they moved efficiently. Courteous and attentive service throughout by both Melissa on topside and Jesse on bottomside. In addition to lube, oil, filter work, i asked for windseld wipers replacement and finally, i sked for a transmission fluid replacement which went forward with same efficiency and attention to detail as the other services.
- ARAustin RobertsSep 19, 20261.0They do not know what they are doing and despite my vehicle clearly being labeled to use a specific oil they went with what there system says and put a thinner oil in my vehicle. The manager then claimed she doesn’t have to follow what is actually labeled on the truck. There is currently a class action lawsuit against them for regularly doing this.
- JDJoseph DanilescuSep 16, 20265.0Everybody had a good attitude about their work. I like how Mikayla knew I didn’t need the upsells, but still offered them to me if I wanted them, and showed me my cabin air filter (that needed a replacement, I ordered one off Amazon while they worked). They made it easy and fast while my tired 5pm brain doomscrolled. I will be coming back when I need a quick, easy oil change.
