  Today was not the day. I had phenomenal service over the last couple visits with multiple vehicles today. Abysmal. 28 min hood open for a conventional oil change...they forgot about me apparently..

  Saulomon was very thorough and professional checking fluids I wasnt sure needed changed and assuring me of a more appropriate time frame for changing. As always the oil changes here were quick and efficient!

  The bad assery is unmatched Donald and Josh took care of us and customer service just blows anyone else outta the water whilst breaking down any and all our issues so we knew what services we were getting and why they were important. Just absolute peak top tier service and I'm not going anywhere else for oil changes for now on! 🫶

  There were 6 vehicles in line between the 3 bays when I arrived but I was greeted almost immediately and my ViIN was scanned. It took about 30 minutes to get in and begin service. The routine oil change and service checks took about 20 minutes.i was offered several additional services but declined since I had all of them done previously. I am pleased with the service at this location which I have experienced for many times over the years.

  Dear Field Leadership / Regional Manager / Sr. Leadership, My daughter has been a loyal customer at this location for nearly three years with a clean service history. Her car has always run fine between visits. You guys have service records for years... During her recent oil change, the team added 5 quarts of new oil WITHOUT draining the old oil, leaving roughly 11 quarts in the engine. This created a serious risk of damage. I had to pay for a corrective service elsewhere, and the car had to be towed on Easter (covered by insurance). Happy Easter... The mechanics at Mike's Auto Repair (off 117th) — a very reputable shop with amazing technicians who always work to make things right — have fully documented everything with pictures. The tow records also clearly show the seriousness of the issue. The black smoke that has cacked the bumper shows the amount of oil burned off in a short period of time... It seems the field team is treating this as a potential pre-existing problem I'm trying to pass on, despite the clear service history showing otherwise. Again, you guys have serviced the vehicle for years. I have not been reimbursed me for the corrective oil change, the affected spark plugs, or my time and they're resisting to pay for a pressure check to confirm no lasting damage to the seals. As a longtime customer, how can we make this right? What would it take to get the reimbursement processed quickly, including the spark plugs and pressure check? I'm happy to provide the receipts, photos from Mike's, tow records, and full service history (you have). Looking forward to a swift resolution as it's been 10 days and the DM seems okay with how things went and are going. Sincerely, a very unhappy customer who will be filing complaints with any and all resources and posting anywhere / everywhere online if this isn't taken care of professionally and with a little bit of passion for your customers after your team made a mistake (which, everything is on camera at your shop...and at Mike's auto repair as well).
