We trusted this shop with our brand-new white car (under warranty) for a transmission issue after using our previous mechanic, Roger, for 15 years which we never had an issue. They had our car for about a month while the warranty work was approved and completed. When we picked up the vehicle, we immediately noticed a large, red mark/scratch on the side. When we called to report the damage, we were told they would check the security cameras, but "couldn't find anything." The owner even claimed that if it happened in their parking lot while in their care, he "can't do anything about it." To make matters worse, we called back multiple times and were promised a call back about three different times, but they completely ghosted us and never got back to us. Because we didn't take detailed photos immediately before dropping the car off, we can't legally prove it—and clearly, they are taking full advantage of that. We will absolutely never bring a vehicle back here. A warning to anyone using this shop: Take thorough, time-stamped photos and videos of your vehicle's condition right in front of them before handing over your keys. So you have an after and before pictures!!
