  Went in for an oil change decided to get the spark plugs change right at that moment my car was fine ran good and everything no ugly loud noise and no check engine light on they finished within 40 minutes and drove off now my car has a engine light on and it shakes and drives rough all they said was it should go off no, they didn’t put nothing on correctly now I don’t know what to do they will not fix it do not do business with these guys the whole rushing makes it seems they aren’t doing their jobs and just charge you I will be reporting them

  Grease Monkey absolutely earned a new loyal customer. My usual shop was slammed, so I stopped in here...and I’m glad I did. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, no hassle, no upsell pressure, just fast and efficient service. They even vacuumed out my car for free, which was a completely unexpected bonus. Great value, even better customer service. See you again in 3,000 miles!

  I'm confused, you use Havoline oil, the website says their full synthetic is rated for 7,500-10,000 miles, but you recommend ever 5,000. So instead of honoring the manufacturer, your recommending I get more oil changes per year, spending more money at your store, than needed. Is that correct??

  My go to place for an oil change. They also don’t try to sell additional unnecessary services if you come in to check on an issue with your car. My sister’s battery died the night before and we came in to check if it needed to be replaced. They checked it in less than 10 min, said it was fine and didn’t charge anything to check it (thank you to the person working the front counter Friday morning!) I really appreciate their service and I will continue to use them for my car servicing needs.
