  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service – Above and Beyond My Expectations! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! From beginning to end, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. The level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I received truly exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated as a customer. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. Every interaction was pleasant, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was their top priority. The entire rental process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. In a time when exceptional customer service can be difficult to find, Enterprise truly stands out.   Appalling lack of empathy and customer service—left stranded for medical care Rating: ⭐/5 I experienced a completely unreasonable policy and shockingly hostile customer service at this location. I recently moved from Oregon to Washington (a 15-minute move) and updated my Progressive bundled insurance. Because the paperwork noted my new state of Washington but didn’t yet display my full street address, this branch completely refused to rent me a vehicle. I waited over two hours just to speak with a representative, only to be met with a terrible attitude by a female employee. Her dismissive looks and complete lack of care made it clear she didn't give a crap about helping me. When I tried to offer constructive criticism regarding how illogical the policy was, she doubled down on her poor attitude. Out of sheer frustration and desperation to get to my Stage 4 cancer chemotherapy appointment on time, I had to disclose my medical situation. Even then, there was zero empathy or effort to find a supervisor or a solution. They chose to blindly follow a technical paperwork rule and leave a customer stranded for a critical medical appointment. Absolutely shameful behavior from this branch

  I got to drive this fun Jeep! Staff was professional and very helpful and when it was time to return my rental staff was available to drive me to pick up my vehicle from the shop.. no waiting! Highly recommend the Orchards Enterprise staff..
