    Larson at the AutoZone location has absolutely won my recommendation to anyone I know that is needing to get things for their vehicle. When another local location turned down helping me a little more hands on with an issue regarding a car battery I purchased from them 10 months ago, Larson stepped up and provided top of the line customer service, and empathy. It's stressful when your car is not working properly, and when you know 0 about cars, it can be incredibly overwhelming and scary. Instead of being in tears like I was on the way to this location, I left with a smile and some laughs. I will now ALWAYS suggest this location, and take the 'extra 5 minutes' to go here instead of the other location.

    My dad who does not speak English came in and was helped by an employee. He mistakenly got the wrong bulb we needed. I tried to return it without the receipt, which is my fault. However I asked the employee if there was any way he can look it up because my dad had an account with them. All he could say was “well he didn’t put it in”, fine. I go home get the receipt and go back to try to return it. This time it was a girl and she asked me “well do you have the card” I said no but I have his phone, she said we need the card to reinsert it and tapping won’t work Why was I not told this before?? I could have been told this the first time I came without a receipt to save me the trouble. Other stores like Ross, Walmart and Target don’t have you reinsert the card you paid with, they already have it in their system This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Just bad customer service all around, they need to get a better system to get around these things.

    There are four people in the room, but no one can help you. Only one girl is actually working—though she isn't doing anything at all—while the others are "major experts" who just tell her what to do.
