  Emily from store 5000 was very helpful.. I asked for help for computer check and she did help us with a big smile and warm welcome. It is free and I ask if we can give a tip but she declined. A very helpful and honest staff of Auto Zone. Thank you guys 🙌

  I left this location pretty disapointed, and think that the management needs to do some training on customer service and having empathy. My car battery which I purchased here 10 months ago had died, so I called the shop and told them about the situation and was just told '"yeah no problem, come on over and we can get that taken care of, if it's a warranty swap or just re charging the battery". Okay great! This is exactly why I bought it here with a warranty and had them install it. Due to how low the battery ended up after having it jumped, the next day I had to be towed to this location. Upon arrival I went inside and was greeting by a kind softly spoken employee, he let me know he could come out and test the battery, however I was on my own when it came to removing the battery from my car, so that they could either charge it or do a swap out. I was caught off guard by this, and explained that I know absolutely 0 about cars, or my car battery, which is why I had bought and had it installed there in the first place. The employee explained that at this specific location, it is the manager's policy that they're not allowed to do that for people, that it's only a complimentary service upon buying a battery. I started to get overwhelmed and scared, and asked if there's truly any other option, and I was told no. I let him know 'okay I guess i'll pull up a youtube video and try to figure out how to do this'. I returned to my car and sat it in for a while letting it run, and watching the video I learned I needed special tools to use. I don't even know what things to remove, OR have any gloves! I went back in and told the person I don't have tools, and really don't know what to do, and was just told 'well I could let you borrow some tools?' I was on the verge of tears, and scared I would hurt myself or hurt my car by trying to do this on my own, so I told him I am leaving and just going somewhere else. Not at one single point was there an offer of 'you know, let me talk to my manager and see what we can do' or 'I know this might sound intimidating, but I could walk you through it, however I just can't remove it myself' etc. So I did leave, and went to the location 221st instead. The manager there, Larson, was so kind and empathetic, and helped me right away. I now will always recommend this location instead, and my household that had 3 cars will go here from now on. I one hundred percent understand and except individual store policies, however I do believe there are better ways to approach them.

  Christian Daniel Alexander moncada helped me today I was very appreciative of his help I felt kinda nervous and he approached me in the soapy aisle and helped me out I appreciate it very much

  Johnny gave an Outstanding customer service when I came in today wanting to buy a new battery for my Nissan Rouge. He let me know right away that I still have warranty valid and replaced and installed my car battery! He is so down to earth and made me feel like I was family!! Cool guy and he made sure everything is alright. Nowadays it’s hard to find people who really goes above and beyond and take pride in what he does. He is also the manager who really takes care of his customers. I praised him and let him know he made my day. He should be recognized for his down to earth and professional manner.
