  Horrible customer service ! Please work with your employees. Looking for a oring pretty simple request. Counter person helping me was like a deer in the headlights . This is a sad down hill turn the way auto parts used to be. I managed 3 stores for auto parts for nearly 19 1/2 years.

  Went in there for a spark plug and motor oil. Neither of the sales clerks I worked with were very helpful at all. I went down the street to their competitor. The salesperson there picked it off the shelf and rung me up. Needless to say I won't be going back to AutoZone anytime soon.

  Ayden is a legend. When we were at our lowest, our hero Ayden appeared. Ready to help us test our battery, and even the starter/alternator just to make sure all was well. Saved us tons of money and helped ease our anxiety, as car illiterate troglodytes, and saved me hours of YouTube. Incredibly helpful, incredibly kind. Will return for all of our car needs. Thank you AutoZone!!
