  I went to this place asking for a "simple repair" for deformed/dislocated trim and fender near rear wheel/bumper. It was quoted by another body shop for 2k to do complete fix/paint, but I would rather just put components back to where they were (no replacement) to same some money. I was welcomed very nicely at the front desk, the car was checked by a technician in the parking lot, and explained in details on what could be done (may include replacing a less than $100 bracket pulse labor). The technician then toke the car to the shop, opened the parts, found just minor damage in the bracket, then put everything back. They make the car look like no damage were happened and did not charge me anything! I strongly recommend this place based on my experience, and beave they would do the best for customers rather than overcharge a job to make more for themselves.

  The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Your team was both friendly and professional, maintaining a small "mom and pop" family feel that made me feel valued as a customer. I was particularly impressed by how seamlessly you worked with my insurance company, which took a significant amount of stress off my plate. Communication was also a major highlight. I appreciated being kept informed via email, text, and phone calls regarding my estimates, repairs, and work completion dates. Providing a ride from and to the shop when you found out I didn't have rental car coverage was a generous gesture that went above and beyond my expectations. To top it all off, my vehicle was returned to me cleaner, both inside and out, than when I dropped it off. Thank you for your hard work and for the exceptional service you provided.
