  The service was quick. All the employees were super friendly and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done on my car. I went in thinking that this was going to cost me a lot and was generally surprised with the total. I will definitely be back again to service my car.

  Customer service is always amazing from start to finish. And like that they tell me what’s next for my car maintenance without trying to upsell me , knowing I use a mechanic already for that.

  I drove in and immediately thought this is going to work out great. I was greeted by the asst mgr, he gave his name I just don't remember. Started with name address current mileage. Then he asked if I needed a hand with resetting Oil Change notification on my dash, I responded that I had it, but thanked him just the same. Those little things are what keep people coming back again and again. He was training a new hire, to change my oil he really took his time showing the employee how to do things. I noticed he took time to also give him some reasons why you want to do things that way. OK that's why!

  I took our van here for an oil change for the first time because I didn’t want to deal with the dealership and sitting in a lobby for 2 hours. We were in and out in under 30 mins even after waiting for another vehicle in front of us. We were pleasantly surprised at how thorough the techs were and they explained everything they were doing. The overall price for an oil change is cheaper than the dealership and they did a better job in our opinion. I then brought our second vehicle in since we had such a good experience the first time and, again, the technicians were awesome! I am bringing our vehicles here from now on for oil changes.

  The crew down the Valvoline instant oil change was bar none some of the best I've ever dealt with. Most of the time I find a rapid oil change places like Valvoline or their competitors to be a bit concerning because of the staff fluctuations. Every time I go it's the same people and they are always very encouraging. The place is reasonable and it keeps me from making a huge mass of my own place. We have a small fleet of vehicles for our Mobile welding business that makes this a huge plus because we don't have to spend time in our own shop servicing our own vehicles. I would say it's a wash in terms of the financial impact because we are paying to have it done but it frees up more of our calendar so we can do what our vehicles are meant to do and that's make money and continue our revenue stream. Keep up the great work guys!
