I recently had an issue during a service visit where one of the service techs misplaced my keys and paperwork, and the situation was not handled very well at first. However, I want to give a huge shoutout to Gabe, the Service and Parts Director, for completely turning the experience around. He stepped in, communicated with me throughout the whole process, and even accommodated my schedule by helping me on a Saturday. That level of customer service made all the difference.
I also want to recognize Jordan in financing. He made my purchase experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly memorable. He was funny, personable, and great to work with from start to finish.
Overall, I would still give this dealership a 5/5. Not everything goes perfectly 100% of the time, but what really matters is how issues are handled, and this team went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you, Gabe and Jordan, for making me feel valued as a customer.

Nothing but nightmares with the service department here. We brought in our Honda CRV only because we had purchased an expensive warranty when purchased the car here pre-owned.
The service department ran the code, turned off the check engine light, and charged us $250 for this “diagnostic” service — even though they didn’t diagnose anything or do any repairs. So, we paid $250 for something that AutoZone does for free, but they assured us that if the check engine light went back on, we wouldn’t be charged again.
Predictably, the light was back on three weeks later. We took the car back to the Toyota service department. They diagnosed bad spark plugs and changed them. They THEN told us that the bad spark plugs were caused by an underlying issue with the fuel injector, which would be replaced under warranty, leaving us with a total cost of $50.
We went to pick up the car, and they presented us with a bill for $2000. When we referenced the warranty, they dropped the bill from $2000 to $650. When we pushed back, they VERY GRACIOUSLY (/s) offered to drop the second diagnostic fee they were going to charge us for running the code again — three weeks after the first time where they did nothing.
In the end, we paid ~$700 for nonexistent services and repairs that should have been covered under the warranty their sales team aggressively pushed us to buy.
The service department here is certainly a rip off, I’m thinking the warranty is largely a scam as well.
Take heed and avoid bringing your car here.
Edit: After taking with the warranty company, it sounds as though the Toyota of Olympia service department never submitted a claim under our warranty, which assured us that they cover both diagnostic fees and a rental car which we should have been offered.
The behavior of this service department is just inept and baffling. Looks like we’re headed toward a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My recent experience with Toyota of Olympia had its complications, but I do want to give credit where it is due.
Leonard (sales manager) was patient and committed to helping get things handled when they needed to be handled. If you need someone who will step in and work to make things happen, he did that.
And Sergio deserves special recognition. I have worked with him more than once, and I cannot say enough good about him. He is respectful, genuine, calm under pressure, and truly listens to what you want. In an environment that can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, Sergio stands out in the best way. He treats people with real care and professionalism, and that is rare.
So while the overall process was not perfect, Sergio is absolutely someone I would continue to recommend.
Earl is the person that takes care of me, my friends, my family and my clients. He is outstanding and all of us trust Earl, he is the best. My experience purchasing a vehicle thru Earl was such a great experience. Everybody I refer to Earl will tell you what a great person he is to do business with. Your finance person rocks, Lonnie took great care to make sure all of the paper work was complete and Accurate. He really knows his job. Thank you for making my experience very enjoyable. I will keep referring folks to Toyota of Olympia thanks to your staff. This was my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Olympia and you also service those vehicles.

I have been working with Taron B at Toyota for about a year. I went back in forth between the new Land Cruiser and new 4 Runner. Taron took the time sharing his knowledge and expertise of both the differences of each make and model, their packages and features. He was patient with my decision making. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Taron if they want quality customer service at the center of their buying experience. That said, I decided to buy a 2026 4 Runner TRD Sport Premium in the color Underground. I love this color, it changes depending on the lighting. This is my first 4 Runner since my white 2nd Gen I had im HS and let me tell you, I LOVE driving this thing. Wish it came with steps but I bought the black tubes and they look great on the Sport model. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience and love my new ride. Glad to be back in the 4 Runner family and for Taron in helping make it happen. Can't wait till my next one!!!
