Toyota of Olympia does not honour scheduled appointments. I made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance, showed up 15 minutes early to check in for the appointment, only to be told there would be a 3 to 4 hour wait because they are taking care of drop in customers instead of honouring appointments. Why bother making appointments?
Will not be returning for further service or purchases to this poorly managed business who does not honour scheduled appointments.

This is a Sales Review, not a vehicle or service review: Service was great. Location: Odd and out of the way, actually in Tumwater. The facility: was beautiful. The kids enjoyed their brunch. Process: we ran into a couple of glitches during the purchasing process but were quickly resolved. I worked with Sergio who was really professional and knowledgable. Ian was great as well. He set out to earn our business (actually said so himself) and went above and beyond for us to make sure I got what I wanted. Time in and out: once the vehicle got there was under 2 hours with trade in process as well. I did have my own financing (check in hand) so that would also take some time off. But very quick on a Saturday afternoon. Overall: I give it a 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Thanks to the Toyota of Olympia team for making us happy customers.

I had a great experience! Needed to buy a car so I seen one on the website. Jordan contacted me within a minute of me applying online. He directed me to come to their location. Glad I did! Eloina was there waiting to help, she showed me 3 different options that fit within my price range, found the car I wanted. Sat with the finance manager KC and left with my car within 4 hours of me arriving! I would definitely recommend these guys!

I have never been to an auto dealership anything close to as fantastic as Toyota of Olympia! Buying our vehicle was totally stress free and a totally positive experience
Sergio related this as soon as we arrived and walked us from the entire process , seamlessly. The other thing I love if they don't play games and they offer a deeply discounted price right off the bat. They don't play this bartering game with their customers as most dealerships do. They are straight up and honest. And then I have to mention Isaiah , we had a small little problem with our paint and we brought it in , and he took great care of us....washed our car and made sure we were very happy. He is a true professional, and you can tell that he is genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. And so is Sergio as well. And signing our paperwork was a breeze , and it was actually enjoyable with Lonnie. All our paperwork was fully electronic with a huge copy of it on the desk in front of us. I have never seen anything like it. And if you want a real treat , go in and see their show room. It is five star without a doubt...with big screen tv's and even as a great restaurant in it.. not to mention a massage chair and an enclosed area for the kids to play. Toyota of Olympia has literally thought of everything from a world class showroom to truly professional customer satisfaction. Every employee I met while I was there was unbelievably friendly and professional. I will not even consider going to another dealership after my incredible experience at Toyota of Olympia. They now have a customer for life in me. Do yourself a favor and go see them. You will not be disappointed!

Toyota of Olympia is good until they make a mistake.
On May 11, I brought a prius in for a hybrid coolant flush. They screwed it up and there were bubbles in the system. This caused the car to go limp several days later on the freeway - causing a dangerous and stressful situation for my wife. When I asked them to pay for the towing they told me that my service plan would cover it. I called the number they provided and Toyota Cares told me that my service plan would NOT cover towing. I ended up covering the towing cost and asking the dealership to reimburse me. They asked for an invoice and proof of the cost which I provided a bank statement and an invoice. They they asked for a second invoice - from the towing company (which Toyota Care provided) which I was unable to produce because the tow truck didn't give us paperwork and I wasn't present for the tow. They refused for weeks to talk with Toyota Cares and then when I finally got them to communicate - they claimed there was no call record (I have the phone record and bank record and they received the tow truck and my car).
They offered store credit instead of a reimbursement and were unapologetic about the whole affair. This was minimally acceptable and extremely frustrating. I went back and forth with them over this issue for over a month to get to this resolution including half a dozen phone calls and nine emails. I expect to be treated better after buying a car from these folk and having three cars maintained for the better part of a decade - given it was their fault all along.
I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
