  Mid summer road trip I was due for a 5k service on my 2026 Tacoma. Scheduled it online, super easy and user friendly! When I showed up for my appointment Nathan Hong got me checked in, reviewed the service I requested as I wanted the oil changed too even though it’s not required at the 5k per the owner’s manual. Probably the easiest service writer I have ever worked with!! Less than a hour later he walks over tells me it’s ready to go…………..I was almost disappointed as I was just getting ready to chill in one of the massage chairs they have in their waiting area! Lol Did I mention the actual restaurant that’s there too!! This place is awesome!! Thank you for the great service!!

I worked with Cory, who demonstrated excellent customer service—friendly, personable, and attentive throughout the entire process. I typically have reservations when it comes to mechanics or auto shops, but meeting Cory and the rest of the team quickly put those concerns to rest. Their professionalism and transparency made it clear that my vehicle would be well taken care of. 🚗🚘 The amenities are another standout feature. They offer a massage chair for customers to use while waiting, which adds a thoughtful touch to the experience. There’s also an on-site restaurant, making it easy to enjoy a meal while your car is being serviced. 🤯🤯 Overall, this shop is truly top‑tier.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my 2027 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid from Toyota of Olympia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. A huge thank you to my salesman, Sergio, for all his help throughout the process. Sergio was extremely helpful, patient, and easy to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and never made me feel pressured. Even with the delays and uncertainty surrounding the vehicle’s arrival, he continued to help answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Sergio made the experience as smooth as possible. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me get the exact Prius I wanted. If you’re looking for a Toyota and want someone who genuinely takes care of his customers, I definitely recommend Sergio at Toyota of Olympia!

  I went into Toyota Of Olympia not even knowing if I was leaving in a vehicle. I was met with Deion and he absolutely made sure the process was smooth especially in my situation. He was kind and didn’t just put me in any car he could. He made sure to get me into a car that was above my expectations and made sure to have it looked at before I left the lot. I couldn’t be more thankful and so happy he was the one who helped me. If you’re looking to rebuild credit after bankruptcy i highly recommend Deion and the team at Toyota Of Olympia.

We had a great experience buying our 2026 Tacoma TRD OffRoad from Toyota of Olympia, and a big thank you to our salesperson, Nate S. Nate listened to what we are looking for, and helped us compare, and test drive different trims of each vehicle to find exactly what we wanted to suit our needs. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured. It was great to know that real genuine customer service still exists instead of rushing us just to make a sale. As a retired employee of the TMS Portland Region PDC, I truly believe that customer service is a key to success in business, and that each and every vehicle already sells itself due to their reliability and fair pricing. Nate S and Toyota of Olympia staff has proven that they are willing to go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and comfortable on your buying experience.
