- MMMoe’Aug 18, 20261.0James was supposed to come to me to replace my windshield. I got several calls to confirm this. I confirmed that the time and date worked for me. About 2 hours before my appointment (around 2pm), James reached out to me and asked if he can come in between the 12-4pm (even though it is 2pm) to fix my windshield. I was at work so coming 2 hours earlier would not work so last minute. He did not give me a reason for being unable to make the appointment time. I offered to take my car into the shop. He said there aren’t any available times. He just said his office will call to reschedule. They haven’t called yet and I am still waiting for a call. This is pretty unacceptable. So unprofessional.

I had to reschedule for a few days later and when they arrived the tech told me it wasn't "OEM Glass" and that my Heads Up Display would be blurry so I had to order OEM glass and reschedule again. Finally got it completed on the third attempt.

I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad but between the mangled VIN plate, chunks taken out of BOTH A pillar plastics and excess adhesive all over, I feel like it’s warranted. If this was a backyard job done by some guy off facebook marketplace for cheap, I’d say he did a decent job but when I pay “professionals” $1000 to replace my windshield I expect to receive my truck in better condition than when I dropped it off. Makes me wonder what other damage is there that I can’t yet see. It would be different if they owned up to the mistakes but I found these defects on my own. Just hope they make this right.
