  The installation itself deserves 5 stars. The workmanship was excellent, and I was very pleased with the actual installation. However, the overall experience fell short because of lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency. Changes and decisions regarding my project were discussed and made with someone other than me, even though I was the customer. I should have been directly consulted and given the opportunity to approve any changes before decisions were made. I was also ultimately charged more than the original quote, without feeling that the additional cost was clearly communicated and approved by me beforehand. When it comes to pricing and changes to a customer’s project, I believe everything should be clearly explained and agreed upon before moving forward. It’s unfortunate because the installation quality was truly excellent. The actual work was 10/10, but the communication, decision-making, and billing experience prevented me from giving the company an overall 5-star experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because with better communication, transparency, and respect for the customer’s decisions, this could have been an outstanding experience from start to finish.

  I had my windshield replaced at my work in October 2025. During the installation, the technician failed to reinstall one of the exterior trim pieces. After I contacted the company, they acknowledged the issue and agreed to replace the missing part. Unfortunately, nearly a year later, the trim piece has still not been replaced. I've heard a variety of explanations about why the part hasn't been located, but there has been no resolution and very little communication. I understand that delays can happen, but after almost a year, I expected better follow-through and customer service. I'm disappointed that a relatively simple issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to have it corrected.

  Great experience and very fast service. The only issue was that my car was dropped off at 7:30 AM and sat outside without a window until 2:30 at the appointment time. It wasn't pulled inside in the cloudy and rainy day. It would have been better if it was pulled inside the service sooner.

  Scheduling an appointment was super easy. My technician, Duncan, called me the morning of to narrow the arrival window. He was prompt and kind and answered all my questions. He did an amazing job fixing the cracks/chips in my windshield. This was my second time using safelite and I will use them again when the time (eventually) comes.

  10/10 experience with Safelite in Tukwila! I brought my BMW X3 in for a windshield replacement, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, kind, courteous, and extremely efficient. They replaced my windshield, recalibrated the camera system, installed new windshield wipers, and applied the treatment coating. Everything was completed perfectly, and they actually finished before the estimated time. My new windshield looks great, and everything is working exactly as it should. The Tukwila location was easy to find, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even had snacks and refreshments available while you wait. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly they handled everything. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you need a windshield replacement, especially if you have a newer or luxury vehicle with camera systems that require recalibration, I highly recommend the Safelite team in Tukwila. I would absolutely trust them with my BMW again and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future service. Professional, efficient, and excellent customer service from beginning to end.
