Made it perisonalble by sitting with me away from the desk to explain diagnosis and provided product examples. Transparency by showing me pictures on his computer his technicians took of my tiers and the ability to text it to me was great because I could easily share it with my husband without having to reexplain. I’ll be back! Thanks Michael!

They are always friendly, honest, and excellent at finding the problem and solving it. The battery in my 2010 Land Rover would not hold a charge. They performed a charging diagnostic. It was my alternator which was completely dead. A remanufactured alternator was installed, which proved to be faulty. I expected another used part , but they installed a brand new alternator at no extra charge! These guys know what they are doing and care about their customers. I highly recommend their shop to everyone.
