The front office staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They took my car in right at my appointment time with absolutely no waiting!

I would be giving one star but I don’t want them to delete this review. I purchased my windshield from a subsidiary that Safelite bought, and I was never informed that my warranty that was supposed to be the lifetime of my windshield from the prior place was ending after a year after Safelite bought them. Supposedly notifications were sent out via email, but I never received one. My issue isn’t that they wouldn’t honor the warranty even though when I called customer care prior to walking in, they told me they would honor it. My real issue was the way that the older lady who I was not even being helped by was speaking to me when describing this, she basically accuse me of lying that I knew it was only one year and that they would not honor it. I would’ve paid the $50 at the other man who was helping me was offering to fix my rock chip had she not been so incredibly rude. I will not be giving them my future business not because of the warranty issue but because of her incredibly unprofessional attitude

Rose and Titan were absolutely amazing! Rose had me drop my car off the day before my appointment so I didn’t have to worry about my car being on the street with a broken window, and Titan worked on my window quickly and efficiently. I’m so thankful to them both!
