I pulled up 15 minutes before they opened and was prepared to wait, but they were kind enough to get my service started right then and they knocked out multiple service requests in less than 30 minutes. The check in process was smooth and simple, Amanda was incredibly polite and thorough walking me through what I needed to know. I noticed the techs were diligent and were consistly communicating with each other which I appreciated.

A few friends said they damaged their cars, some requiring major expensive repairs so I took my car to a new place after this location did an oil change and they told me that this Jiffy Lube ruined my oil pan during their change of my oil. It’s about a $500 repair. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

I told them that was concerning because they had done my oil change a few weeks ago, they didn’t act concerned.Overcharged and they will overfill your oil, leading to serious problems which I’m now currently addressing with a different company. I’ll not be returning or recommending Jiffy Lube.

I also had a headlight out with the replacement bulb with me and the gentleman doing my service offered to replace it free of charge. He made my week and went the extra mile out of the kindness of his heart. The women helping me was honest and kind - hard to find in the service industry it feels like now a days.

However, I did notice that the technicians did not communicate directly with me about what was going on. I overheard that my oil could not be topped off because of its condition, but this was never clearly explained to me. A quick explanation and being given options—such as recommending an oil change—would have made the experience much better. Overall, not a bad visit, but clearer communication with me would really improved the service. I’ve been to several Jiffy Lube’s and I’ve never had the actual technician/mechanic not communicate with me. Most are usually helpful and some would even let you see your fluid if it needs to be changed so this was a different experience at this location.
