I originally rented a car from a different location but unfortunately my son was too big for that vehicle at 6’5 he wasn’t going to comfortably enjoy 15hrs in the car, the manger Alesha took care of us immediately put us in a mini van at no additional cost. Richard started the exchange, it was painless, great customer service and support with the process. He was conversational, warm & easy to talk to while we exchanged vehicles. We will always choose Enterprise were we are Welcomed not tolerated, meaning I didn’t feel as if I was bothering them for a service they provide & even when I made a mistake. Thank you very much!
