  10/10 stars.... Richard, Oj, Oscar Braxton and the leadership Alicia went above and beyond the call of duty. They have eliminated so much stress out of my life for the past month dealing with insurance companies. Working with me the communication was superb! My hat is off to the entire crew you have Alicia. Also a special shout out to Richard for leading from the front! I apologize for my frustrations. Thr customer service was out of this world never ever have been treated with such respect and care by random strangers. If you are renting a vehicle you MUST choose pacific ave enterprise. Im sure the rest are good also but these guys are on another level... thank you

  As always, we choose Enterprise. Great experience accept for the fact many others do also which leaves the inventory with very few choices.

  The experience at this Enterprise location was such a positive one! The representatives were all incredibly helpful, efficient and pleasant (I interacted with OJ, Richard, and Oscar) from when I was picked up from the repair shop, through the car rental process and were courteous at drop off. Even through a small hiccup with the reservation, and on a really busy day, they were nothing but helpful. Can't thank them enough!

  This is just because I was charged almost $25 for supposedly being an hour late. I’ll update my review if u give me that credit back. Rented a car for 1 day from 12 to 12. On the emailed receipt it says I returned it 15 min late at 1215. We were waiting in the office for about 15 minutes to be helped while other customers were getting their vehicles.

  All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was running a few hours behind, so I called a few times to keep them updated. Allyson the manager kindly confirmed that they will hold the car. Richard at the desk was more than welcoming and the young gentleman (new employee) did a great walk around the vehicle. He kindly recommended a great close by coffee place when I asked. I appreciate how smooth everyone here made the process!!! The car was VERY nice and all up to date!
