BEWARE. This shop is bad news. They don't care about you or your vehicle. Had "new" front brakes installed here in January, and they were cracked and falling apart by September. Once the brakes started making noise, I brought my car in on two different days, weeks apart, for them to look into it. I was told they couldn't hear or see any issues. At that point, I brought it to one of the bigger tire chains here in town, and they showed me photos of the condition that my brakes were in. It was horrifying. They also informed me that new brakes were likely never installed on my car. I happened to get my back brakes done elsewhere, soon after Eagle did my front, and that brake job still looks brand new. Eagle Tires put my family's safety at risk and they have been a nightmare to deal with.

I went in to get my car checked cause there was a noise coming from my front passanger wheel, they said I needed a whole new steering rack and pinon with upper and lower arms and everything else you need to basically have everything new. Went to precision auto in uptown and they said the cause of the problem was just a rotor. I asked them if anything else had to be done and they advised me that everything is sound and it was just a bad rotor. They changed it within the hour and everything was good. Good thing my gut instinct was telling me something aint right and to shop around. I almost paid for shit I didn't need. Wonder how many people had been taken advantage of.

My car broke down on the freeway on my way to work at 5am. Got it towed to Eagle at their Tacoma location. Arrived at 6:30am. They don’t open until 8am. Todd opened up for me right when I got there and got me taken care of. Car was done by that afternoon. I’ll definitely be back when I need service. Thanks again, Todd. That dude rules.
