  Mr. Reid, the manager was kind, attentive, and caring from the first time I called about my car till he finished fixing it. He got my car in immediately. There was a lot of stuff wrong with my car before, and now it drives like new. I live in Puyallup and I know that there is a Bucky’s closer to me, but the great customer service I received from Mr. Reid will make me always go to Tacoma Narrows. Thank you, Mr. Reid.

  Had some muffler work done on my daughter's car and Reid at the 6th ave location was super nice, professional, and an all around stand up guy. The modifications he made were top notch and I will definitely use Bucky's on 6th ave again. Thanks again, Reid! It was a real pleasure working with you.

  I am so pleased with the service at Bucky’s today. Travis helped me, he was so kind, explained everything really clearly. They were able to get me in and out quickly. I will definitely bring my cars here again in the future!

  Yesterday, Bucky's at Tacoma Narrows saved the day! In the early morning, with a loud exhaust roar, I discovered the catalytic converter had been sawed off my truck. An important day we needed the truck. I called and Reid jumped into action. Within an hour and a half we were back on the road. This was truly 6 star service! They are a great service shop!
