- KPKevin Perron5 days ago5.0From the time I walked through the door the expectation was set. I told Reid what I was there for. He pulled up a diagnostic he had in their system from a few months ago and explained what would be done as I was having my rear brakes replaced along with an oil change. I like the way everyone communicated. Very thoughtful and professional. I never felt like they were trying to do anything more than what was needed!
