  Jada did an excellent job diagnosing and installing my daughter’s battery. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Even with the weather being pretty ugly today, she stayed positive and took care of everything efficiently. Really appreciate her great attitude and service—highly recommend!

  I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. The customer service was poor, and I noticed employees treating customers without basic dignity and respect. I personally witnessed workers laughing and making smirks at people who were unsure about the exact name of a product they needed. One employee in particular — a slim guy with tattoos on his forearm — stood out because of his attitude toward customers. Instead of being helpful, he came across as rude and dismissive. Not everyone who walks into an auto parts store is an expert, and customers should not be mocked for asking questions or needing assistance. Whether this behavior comes from ignorance or is done intentionally, it creates an uncomfortable environment and reflects badly on the store. Customer service should be about helping people, not embarrassing them.

  Cameron Cook is an absolute champ that loves his job, helps customers in a smiling and efficient way, and goes out of his way to make sure that their experience is smooth and happy. I came in for some wiper blades and he was extremely helpful despite a full line and lots of overlapping questions. He even helped troubleshoot the installation with me in the parking lot and made the whole process simple and easy. I got no judgement just help. He made my day and deserves a BIG raise.

  Cameron was very nice and took good care of my situation. The whole staff at this location seemed much more competent than the location that is closer to my house. I would be willing to take the extra time to go this location than the 38th store.

  “I’m a business owner at Only Me Auto Sales, and this was a very disappointing experience at the commercial desk. I waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes with no assistance, while the employee was busy on the phone, laughing and not paying attention to customers or their work. The level of service and professionalism was unacceptable. There was no respect for customers’ time, especially for business accounts that rely on fast and efficient service. On top of that, when you call to place an order, it takes hours for the order to be processed and delivered to the dealership, which is not practical for a business like ours. I do not recommend this location at all. Unfortunately, I cannot give less than one star, because even one star is more than this store deserves.”
