- MJM JMay 11, 20262.0I was a returning customer, but my experience in late 2025 was unacceptable. I paid $1,100 for a valve cover gasket replacement. Despite already having the engine disassembled, they tried to charge an additional $600 to replace the plastic cover after finding a hairline crack work that should have carried little to no extra labor since they were already 'in there.' To make matters worse, the employee I dealt with when picking up my receipt smelled of alcohol. It is highly unprofessional to provide dishonest repair advice and maintain such an environment. I spent over a thousand dollars for a 'fix' they knew would fail, and now I have to pay another shop to do the job correctly. I wasn't going to say anything at first, but I feel it is my moral obligation to warn others. I won’t be back and cannot recommend them for honest service."

I was quoted $200 over the phone. When I came to pick it up after repair, RUDY said it was an easy fix and charged me $40. I am not working and I’m still facing overhead even with UNEMPLOYMENT. Please give Rudy a star and hour off paid. Because of Rudy saving me money I will put a good review in for you guys and I will for sure return for service. Thanks for helping people out and not always digging for an upsell.
