  Environment: Wonderful; definitely has auto shop vibes and clean. Service: I stopped by on Saturday (8/15/26). Rudy was truly helpful as well as the older gentlemen (Sorry I did not catch your name) who told me twice at the front desk that Rudy would be back in a second to assist. I appreciated the service received and was disappointed. Thank you for fitting me in on your busy schedule, much appreciated!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Austin Promax enough! They repaired a muffler that had been installed incorrectly by another shop, and the difference in professionalism was immediately obvious. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, got me in and out much faster than I expected, and made sure the repair was done right. The quality of their work and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. One thing that really sets them apart is that they're one of the only shops I could find that can safely service lowered vehicles. If you have a lowered car and have struggled to find a shop with the proper equipment, this is the place to go. Thank you to everyone at Austin Promax for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back for future exhaust work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

  I was a returning customer, but my experience in late 2025 was unacceptable. I paid $1,100 for a valve cover gasket replacement. Despite already having the engine disassembled, they tried to charge an additional $600 to replace the plastic cover after finding a hairline crack work that should have carried little to no extra labor since they were already 'in there.' To make matters worse, the employee I dealt with when picking up my receipt smelled of alcohol. It is highly unprofessional to provide dishonest repair advice and maintain such an environment. I spent over a thousand dollars for a 'fix' they knew would fail, and now I have to pay another shop to do the job correctly. I wasn't going to say anything at first, but I feel it is my moral obligation to warn others. I won’t be back and cannot recommend them for honest service."
