- JGJuan GomezAug 28, 20261.0They have changed my oul fir the past 2 years and they never told me they stripped some of the bolds that hold my skid plate. It wasn't until a different location in California that did my oil change inform me of the issue. When I went back to the original place and told them about it they said they had notes of the problem but I was never told of the issue for over a year. My car is brand new so I know it was them because no one else had done the oil change. If it wasn't for this I would've recommended this place but it seems that they don't want to be accountable of damages they may cause to your vehicle

The one negative was I thought getting a top off of oil still within a year and under 800miles since last oil change was free of charge, this wasn’t the case and they do charge for the oil, this was very disappointing!!
- BCBurr CotaAug 17, 20261.0Brought my 2018 Tundra for an oil change, shop forgot to put an oil filter sleeve back, 4 days later my truck broke down on I-5. Then the Sumner manager responds to my customer service complaint asking them to reimburse me for the $219 oil change sleeve part they forgot to put back on, and he refused to cover the cost of the part (with receipt for that amount from a shop that fixed my truck). The manager acknowledged that my truck cannot function without an oil sleeve, stated that my truck had no sleeve on it when it arrived, but had no answer when I asked how my truck had just run for 5,000 miles without a sleeve prior to showing up at his shop (this was his theory, that my truck rolled up with no sleeve). Then he hung up on me. The incompetence is sad. Don’t trust this place with your vehicle, you’d think that it would t be impossible to screw up something as simple as an oil change, but they found a way to on my Tundra. ZERO STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND
