  I took my Onan generator to Cummins Sales and Service in Sumner, WA for repair I was told they would diagnose and repair the generator, but after approximately three weeks I received no proactive updates, and my calls for status went unanswered. I finally had to drive to the branch in person just to find out what was happening with my equipment. When I arrived, I was informed that the generator was still not fixed, but I was charged $1700.00 in order to get it back in the same inoperable condition. I was never clearly informed in advance that I would be billed this amount without any successful repair. During my in‑person visit, I also experienced dismissive and unprofessional treatment from staff when I asked reasonable questions about the delay, lack of communication, and the charges. I left feeling that I had paid simply to retrieve my own non‑working generator after weeks of silence. Based on this experience—poor communication, no resolution of the original problem, unexpected charges, and unprofessional customer service—I cannot recommend this location. I hope Cummins corporate will review how this branch is handling customer equipment and communication. Also - they charged me TWICE and I had to fight the bank to get that back too! Just awful.

  Really? Cool dealership, really fast turnaround time on diagnostic brought my truck in sure. Yeah, an ecm code, I totally figured out it was a trans code, really awesome. Jennifer was really direct to the Parts and What Needs to get Done. Pricing was absolutely phenomenal, would highly recommend them

  I’m pretty disappointed. I took my truck in after I called and set up the appointment. 1. The appointment is set up on a 800 number not with the dealership directly 2. I was told Tuesday appointment but they scheduled it a full week from the day I was told. The truck went in with def issue, and a clutch fan air leak. “Which I took documents and told several people”! I called Friday April 3 and was told the truck was done. Clutch fan wasn’t replaced but and was still leaking air, truck was in full regen after having 3400 in repairs done. Called at 5:02 they were closed. I missed out on a 7500 dollar load. It back in the shop but they can’t look at it until Tuesday. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back here. These are things that should be caught by a quality dealership. I’ll update this if they stand behind their work and fix the issues without trying to screw me over Ryan Lazy heart trucking
