  This Smart Choice location is wonderful. I am a single woman and am always apprehensive about going to the mechanic but I have always felt well cared for here. The staff do not talk down to me, or assume I know nothing, and take the time to patiently answer my questions and make sure that I understand and am comfortable with the plan. They asked me before making additional repairs and gave me a choice of getting it done somewhere else if I prefer (I went for an alignment after a friend fixed my suspension and they needed to replace tie rod ends to do the alignment and they asked if I wanted to go to my friend for tie rod ends and I was so impressed they even asked. I had them do it. I have been coming back ever since). I even talked to a manager about how comfortable it is to be a woman customer at this shop, and he said they work to make sure that it is welcoming for all, and acknowledged that mechanic shops can be intimidating to women. There was a woman working the counter for a while but I haven’t seen her recently. They also always do great work and give solid, non-pressure guidance and advice. I’ve gotten tires replaced, oil changed many times (my go to place), and an alignment. They also helped me make the big decision to fix my air conditioning.

  Checked my tires for a ticking sound. They found a nail and removed it.

  Blown away by the customer service. I came in with an emergency tire puncture and they patched it and sent me on my way within 20 minutes. They didn't charge me and just asked me to consider them when I need further work done. I am more than happy to do that and I appreciate the kind gesture.

  These are my Go to Shop Now ..Great people Great Service Kelly went above and beyond, there customer service is better then les Schwab.they installed lift kit and tires on a Saturday but I want Somechanges and on Monday he honored them and it turned out perfect! Smart Choice Tires Shop A+
