  Came in with no appointment and they went right to work mounting and balancing my wheels. Very nice crew and knowledgeable. I will be coming back with bigger projects

  We came here to get my tire patched up and although I can't remember the guys name. He was super nice and professional. He had us in and out in no time and even checked and filled up my other low tires. Would definitely recommend.

  This Smart Choice location is wonderful. I am a single woman and am always apprehensive about going to the mechanic but I have always felt well cared for here. The staff do not talk down to me, or assume I know nothing, and take the time to patiently answer my questions and make sure that I understand and am comfortable with the plan. They asked me before making additional repairs and gave me a choice of getting it done somewhere else if I prefer (I went for an alignment after a friend fixed my suspension and they needed to replace tie rod ends to do the alignment and they asked if I wanted to go to my friend for tie rod ends and I was so impressed they even asked. I had them do it. I have been coming back ever since). I even talked to a manager about how comfortable it is to be a woman customer at this shop, and he said they work to make sure that it is welcoming for all, and acknowledged that mechanic shops can be intimidating to women. There was a woman working the counter for a while but I haven’t seen her recently. They also always do great work and give solid, non-pressure guidance and advice. I’ve gotten tires replaced, oil changed many times (my go to place), and an alignment. They also helped me make the big decision to fix my air conditioning.
