  Came here for a pre trip inspection as I head back to tri cities. Tighe helped us out and was very quick and honest with us about what we needed. Will come back here again next time I'm in Spokane. Hope I get Tighe to help me again as it was such a pleasure.

  I ended up here after I kept having oil leaking and my oil light on issues after using another oil change place. I have NEVER had an issue since switching to Valvoline. They are much more friendly and professional than other businesses and they do a thorough job checking my car over and of course doing the oil change. These Jovanni & Trevor are awesome! 👏🏻

  Was able to be seen within 15 minutes and Trevor's (I believe his name was Trevor) customer service was top notch. Professional, informative and respectful of autonomy when offering additional services. I felt bad showing up within an hour to close, but they were understanding and offered a better experience than I have had at previous locations in the area no matter the time of day.
