- JJjoel jenkins1 day ago1.0Installed an oil filter with a faulty gasket. Ok, things happen. Had a total oil blowout. Manager admitted to watching oil shoot out twice in shop but sent the car anyway. They refuse to pay for a tow and inspection at a third party mechanic. Instead they say another valvoline location would serve as a third party. Mason the manager feels he can say an engine is good by watching it run for 30 seconds. You can’t vibe check engine damage. It requires diagnostic tools that they don’t have

He was detailed, kind, not pushy at all, super friendly, incredible communication, and made me feel so comfortable! Dakota also helped and he was kind, friendly, and had incredible communication as well! They were so fast with my oil and filter change and made the whole experience wonderful! I will definitely be coming back to them!!
