  I usually stick to valvoline as they are always amazing service, but first time at division location. 10/10 as always.

  Review Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I was already waiting in the correct line for an oil change. The employees told me I had to back up and let another car go ahead of me. That car was in a different line on the left, while I was in the line on the right. They wanted to clear the left line so the car in my line could move through, which didn’t make sense to me. I was already there waiting for my turn, so I don’t understand why I was asked to move and let another car go ahead of me. The lines and traffic flow should be organized more clearly, and customers should be treated fairly based on when they arrived.
