  They are always friendly, efficient, and they know what they're doing. Karen, Selena, Kat, and another nice fellow (who was so efficient I wasn't able to catch his name) made my experience very nice. Definitely coming back.

  I got my transaxle flushed and the guys were great but they said all that is used is a synthetic fluid, and yesterday my transmission went out and I had to get towed. The car is only 150 thousand on it so I believe the synthetic was too slick and it made the transmission blow out. Oem fluids should be used on cars.

  Very good experience at this new location. I used a $25 "new customer" discount coupon that I received in the mail. The team was efficient and got the job done in a reasonable time. The team lead explained what they'd be doing clearly and when the inspection turned some evidence of past minor leaks of various fluids, they didn't up-sell any services and just noted the findings on the receipt so that I could show it to my regular mechanic. They topped off the washer fluid and coolant for no extra charge as part of the service. I am very likely to return to this location for oil changes in the future.

  Usually I have a very good experience. Unfortunately, there were a few things this visit that didn’t go very smooth. 1) They forgot to rest my maintenance alert until I realized it as I was driving away and brought it up to them (not a huge deal) 2) I got a call on my way home (almost home) that they didn’t “fully secure” a panel of some sort under my car and that I need to go back in so they can fix the issue. I live an hour away from town so I am only in town a couple of days per week. I let her know that it would be almost a week before I could make it back in and asked what happens if it falls off completely. She said, well, we actually didn’t put it back on at all and it’s here in the store.
