  I wanted to praise Jacob! I believe he’s assistant manager at the Divison St location. Came in for an oil change but I needed a recommendation on a car repair place and he helped me out and went out of his way to give me great advice at no benefit to him. Thank you, Jacob!

  They were all very nice and informative. Explaining what additional services I needed. No pressure at all. My car was showing low on oil before the change. They were super sweet and told me I can come in anytime to have it checked and topped off. I will definitely go back again. Nice people 😊

  Great experience! They are quick and professional! They do a full inspection and let you know of any issues they see and are not pushy at all with it. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Prices and decent and their website has coupons almost always. They even give you a list of what your dealer recommends too.

  After too many bad experiences with another big name, we went here right after moving cities and were blown away by the level of detail, bright attitude, and genuine service from Aymen the Manager. He helped us find our coupons and even a better and more recent one than we initially had saved, was honest about what did and didn’t need to be done, and checked every little thing - maybe that’s the standard but gosh it was new for us and a very welcome change! We had heard online that this was the best place to go in Spokane and that was undoubtedly true. We will certainly be returning!

  This location on N Division St. in Spokane has the nicest employees. I get off work late and can barely make it there 30min before they close. I'm always last in line for their day, yet they consistently greet me with a smile and give me and my car the time and attention needed to cross all the T's and explain everything to me so I can drive home with confidence that my car has been taken care of. They are such a blessing to me :)
