  Very friendly staff. Great on line scheduling. Also great that when you book on line you will know exactly what you will owe at time of service. I live an hour away and they finished my car ahead of time so I didn't have to spend half a day waiting around. Would definitely use this location again.

  The front line the people who you meet at the door or inside of it those who run the day to day operations of this business are the backbone of the company. They do not write the policies they follow them to keep their jobs. It was a pleasure working with them they did their job as expected to the expertise that they were trying to I am satisfied with the replacement glass.

  UPDATE: Found a local mobile mechanic that came to my house with a new window an hour after we spoke, had the window installed within an hour and charged $55 less than Safelite. #SUPPORTLOCAL Would give negative stars if I could. Super incompetent people. I scheduled my appointment a week out for an 8am slot. At 10:30am they called me to let me know they didn’t have the right window for my car. My appointment was 8am. They also called to confirm my appointment twice the night before, it would have been nice if they confirmed THEY were ready for my appointment. They also make you prepay, so now I have to wait for my bank to give me my money back so I can go somewhere else to get my window. They also wouldn’t give me a receipt when I paid and are acting like they can’t give me any paperwork showing that the charge was reversed. If you NEED your window fixed, DO NOT GO HERE. Scott the manager was who I unfortunately had to work with.
