  Easy online scheduling process. Waited at the shop to have windshield change completed. Took about 1.5 hrs. Shop was clean, had free water bottles and coffee which was nice, and a tv. Guys working there were doing what they were suppose to be doing! Windshield came out perfect. Paid my deductible, $250, insurance paid the rest… so far so good. 10/10 experience.

  Grossly under estimated time required and always have to put in multiple windshields as the first ones won’t calibrate

  Two times now, we've been in to replace a Honda Pilot windshield. They continue to try replacing it with after market windshields that don't conform to safety feature standards so the safety features fail and they need to get a new Honda windshield each time, which extends the loss of our vehicle, has had us drive to their location multiple times. They don't learn. They don't change their vendors. They apologize, but that's useless. I would give this zero stars if I could.

  It was very easy to schedule an appointment online through my insurance. The waiting area was clean and well lit, and had complimentary coffee and bottled water. My technician, Travis, did an amazing job replacing my windshield. He also finished an hour faster than I expected. 10/10, sorry I never got the email survey to give you this positive rating.
