  I would give 0 stars if I could. Cashier in his late 40s possibly 50s got rude and hostile with my underage little brother over his debit card not working. Asked me "what he was gonna do about it". My little brother says he smelled alcohol on his breath.

  The employee with the long hair who frequently works the night shift is consistently rude and unprofessional. He often gives customers dirty looks, and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. I’ve also noticed that when customers try to be friendly and make simple conversation, such as asking how his day is going, he completely ignores them and refuses to respond. Customer service doesn’t require being overly cheerful, but basic courtesy and respect should be expected. Every interaction with him feels unwelcome and unpleasant.
