If you have time to complain about a singular person on Google then you have the time to find a happy place, choose a career, help someone else out. Beating each other up instead of giving everyone advise or help makes me sick. I haven't had one negative experience there also let me remind you again. It's the person who gave your a bad time not the store itself. We all have braincells you know

Turns out they are unwilling to return or even just swap out damaged product that they have sold to their customers. Not impressed.
