  I typically book all rental cars through my Delta Trips account for better deals. I booked it through National and I may use them every single time in the future if it is possible. Great service, really easy to check in and out, and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.

  Poor reservation status. Reserve a vehicle, says its waiting and then get to counter and its a 35 min wait cause they have no cars. If you reserve a vehicle and youre not late then it should be there. Not given away. Seems to be a typical spokane summer reservation.

  We had a great experience. Although we did book with a car seat, the one that was provided I couldn't figure out how to get in the car. The base did not come off. After deciding to return the car seat and just use ours without the base, we then found out that the base does not come off. However the instructions provided within the scanned QR code to assist with installing the car seat said that the base comes off. So it was very confusing. Had I known, I would have tried to install it with the base attached since it's safer to use the base. The fee for the car seat was removed and we also received a little compensation for our troubles. Rami at the SFO return was very friendly and helpful. I can't remember who helped us originally with the car seat at SJC but he was also very friendly.

  Had a flat tire and they responded three hours later with take it to a tire repair place or come back to the airport.
