  The line for the car was terrible. Nice staff, lack of cars. There’s no emerald isl and be prepared to wait. So far it’s been a 40 minutes experience and I’m still waiting. If you fly into this airport; all rentals car customers are funneled through then same waiting line for cars after their respective counter experience. Most places have been smooth this year this is the absolute worst! Im waiting longer than I do in San Antonio and the place is usually the nightmare. I’d recommend maybe ubering somewhere else and renting. This is my experience today, maybe it’s different on different days; but it is annoying having to wait forever after a long flight.

  I typically book all rental cars through my Delta Trips account for better deals. I booked it through National and I may use them every single time in the future if it is possible. Great service, really easy to check in and out, and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.
