- TCTina CrawfordJul 14, 20261.0I have rented many times over the years from enterprise. Yesterday, due to a car accident, Progressive sent me to this location for car rental. I set up the reservation for today on the phone I needed valet, told them that I needed it 930 to 10 pickup. They didn't show. When I called the location demanding to know what was going on and why they where not here. I was told I didn't have a reservation and told to call my insurance. That they have received the request "10 min ago".Which my claims adjuster called them, found out that I am "banned" from this location. I called back to ask why I am banned and was hung up on. My claims adjuster told me I could go to another location, so I went back on the main line to set it up, was told I already had a reservation for today. We attempt to set up another, one was created, I called the new location and found out I am banned from all locations. Explain to me why suddenly I am the bad guy for requesting explanation as to why people are incapable of doing their job? Asking for apparently I am a Karen.

The manager, Breyton, went above & beyond to accomodate my needs (even though the last mini-van was rented by the guy right before me). He even brough be back to my hotel after I was finished with the vehicle! If you need a vehicle, give this location a call. You will be impressed!
