  Usually, they are the best. Not this time. Service was great as usual, but the car... not so much. Basic EVERYTHING. Navigation should be as basic as AC these days. Didn't even have that available. Wow. So much for hands free driving.

  Pretty quick service, there was a small wait for our van to get cleaned up. Tank was full and van did great on our 2300 mile trip

  ENTERPRISE has Great customer service. Rates were very reasonable For a new Nissan. And the directions in The Nissan took me straight back to the Airport/car rentals. That also impressed me. Flying to Spokane was an adventure I won't forget. Returning the car was a breeze, taking less than 5 minutes. I would recommend Enterprise to my friends, family and neighbors.

  What the heck. Weird new inefficient system today I guess. They check people in, then everyone waits 30 to 50 minutes for a vehicle. 40 minutes for me so far. Made a reservation over 2 weeks ago. Plane came in on time. What in the heck is this. Traveled for 25 years, never seen anything like this. Changed it from 2 star to 4 star, mainly because of one the very courteous staff. Still had to wait almost an hour, but having someone that seems like they care goes a long way.
