  Super friendly staff. They were easy to work with when I was unhappy with the features on my rental car. They switched out the car and did not charge me for a vehicle upgrade.

  I got there, the guy in front of me wasted $150 on his uber. Because the airport told him to go there they gave away his truck and there was no truck at the location they sent him to and they Customer Service people said it happens all the time the location at the airport in Idaho just doesn’t wanna deal with it and it happens all day long and it’s frustrating. People’s lives and I’m in Shock. They made my reservation for Florida with I needed Idaho to take 7 kids home from summer camp. I drove to Spokane to get my rental car. Wasting my last day in summer camp with these kids.

  Her car was being fixed by collision repair facility. They made a mistake on the car. They rented us a car. They said they were paying for everything while enterprise Rent-A-Car charge me $144 for the car because the car was not turned in on Friday when I dropped it off and they’re also gonna charge me $15 for fuel when they said I didn’t give it back with the right amount of fuel well when they gave it to me it had a quarter of a tank when I returned it. It was above a quarter of a tank. Now for the part that was extremely unsafe for us, my wife and I and anybody else on the road while we were driving this vehicle. It’s an all-wheel-drive Jeep patriot. It have max tires all the way around. It had all kinds of things wrong underneath the vehicle. I made the young lady take pictures of it. The vehicle was probably a court overall there was engine oil all over the engine the entire time we drove it it felt like it was running out of gas and it smelled like burning oil the entire time. Make sure you do your due diligence even though they say the car is fine. Look it over yourself. I made her take multiple pictures. They put us in a vehicle. That’s an all-wheel-drive with different tires all the way around it with different tread, and the collision light was on the dash. We will never use enterprise Rent-A-Car again and if we do get in a wreck, we’ll make sure we don’t get an enterprise Rent-A-Car. They do not care if you are safe in their vehicles or not because their vehicle is not safe to be on the road.
