I couldn’t figure out how to do the oil reset on my boyfriends car and James offered to help and asked if I was comfortable with him reaching into the car because he didn’t want to intrude on my space or be disrespectful. He spoke to me with the upmost respect and we had a fantastic conversation. Of course the oil change and all that went well but James is what really set the experience apart from other oil change places. Give him a raise plz he deserves it.

They gave me a heads up when my car battery was getting low, they let me know when my headlight had burned out (I also have v. bright DLR that had obscured that), when I had a slight oil leak, etc. I really appreciate all they do!
