  Last Saturday I had scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement. Appointment was scheduled between 12-5. I received a call from the tech around 1pm asking if it was ok that it would be closer to 5:00. I agreed as I was scheduled to work until 6 anyway. I immediately got the impression, Tony the technician was trying to get me to reschedule but I had no problem with it. Tony arrived after 5- and again I got the impression (more so this time) he did not want me to keep my appointment outlining that it would take about 2 hours. And another 30 mins after that. I again didn’t mind. But it was abundantly clear by his tone he was not happy about it. This was noticed by two of my coworkers as well. Once I got off work I walked over to where Tony was working on my car and asked him if it was alright if I took a walk across he street and asking if he’d message me when he was done. Tony was again- annoyed. Rolled his eyes at me (not even an exaggeration) and really rudely said “Sure” ) I wrote a review trying to give Tony the benefit of the doubt understanding that he likely worked a long day- putting the issue more on Safelite rather than Tony. Until. I took the tape off my windshield. Not only was Tony awful to deal with- he didn’t do the job well. And covered it up with tape. Immediately, took down my initial review realizing this isn’t a problem with Safelite. It was on Tony. So unprofessional in every single way. See photos. Now I am changing my review to give the 2 techs who came back to this morning HUGE kudos. They were so polite and happy to be there. Will and Brayden? I apologize if I got one of those names wrong. They showed up- handled it and changed my entire view of this company. Don’t let the Tony’s of the world ruin it for other amazing techs who need to be recognized for their professionalism and just all around awesome attitudes. I am so happy with the follow up visit. Tony quite frankly sucked. Glad the 2 techs came back and changed my whole perspective. :)
